Decon-Spore 200 Plus

Decon-Spore 200 Plus, peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide solutions, are used for the decontamination of items such as walls, ceilings, floors, surfaces and many other applications that require the use of a stronger chemical to address upper level contamination. It is designed for the sterilization of manufacturing, packaging, and filling equipment in aseptic processes. All surfaces should be exposed to the sterilizing solution for a minimum exposure time based on the temperature of the solution. At a Decon-Spore 200 Plus concentration of 5%, the following exposure time versus temperature of the solution is required: At 68° F, 6 hours, or at 122° F, 20 minutes and at 176° F, 5 minutes. The final product is aseptically filtered at 0.2 microns. Each container is double bag packaged and delivered each time with the lot specific Certificate of Analysis and Sterility Report.
