Bio-Simplex® Media Bottle Assembly Systems

Bio-Simplex® Media Bottle Assembly Systems are available in a range of sizes from 60mL to 2L. The closed-system design includes a PETG Square Media Bottle, two port EZ Top® closure assembly (C-Flex® TPE resin and 18” tubing plugged end) with a 0.2 μM vent filter, notched dip tube, and a polyethylene cap. The system is engineered to ensure an unobstructed fluid path, extremely low levels of extractables, and a secure elastomeric seal between closure and bottle. Economically designed for the single-use market, these systems are easily used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers. They are sold double-bagged and gamma irradiated to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6 per ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137.
