Bio-Simplex® C-Flex® Overmolded Assemblies

Bio-Simplex® single-use over-molded assemblies are constructed of C-Flex® pharmaceutical grade thermoplastic elastomers. As a pioneer in over-molding technology, Saint-Gobain Life Sciences combines industry-recognized C-Flex® tubing into one unified, leak-free assembly. This process creates true one-piece construction; the over-molding material is the same as the tubing, and when molded together, they provide an integrally bonded connection with superior strength, reliability, and product integrity. Our open architecture approach offers customers an almost infinite number of configurations. Designed for single-use applications, these custom-engineered assemblies can combine a variety of tubing sizes and connections, including tees, wyes, and crosses, with any number of sampling or storage containers. Bio-Simplex® single-use over-molded assemblies eliminate the need for manual assembly, tie wraps, hose barbs, or other connecting and retention devices.
